- Work to a ‘first visit fix’ (where possible) on every job
- Contact tenants by phone, text and email the same day that a works order is received
- Attend boiler breakdowns, where the tenant has no heating or hot water, within 24 hours
- Send all compliance certificates and follow up documentation (gas safety checks, PAT, legionella risk assessments etc) digitally from site as soon as the job is complete
- Provide fully comprehensive Job Reports and quotes from site
- Have a dedicated admin team on hand to answer calls/emails throughout the working day

Tenants are contacted by phone, text and email the same day that a works order is received
Where a First Visit Fix is not possible, quotes and reports are issued from site. Our online portal allows you to review and approve the required works within a few seconds
